AEC Mammoth Major MKIII 1954
The Bowater Paper Group based at Sittingbourne, Kent had a sizeable fleet of A.E.C. Mammoth Majors for the transport of newsprint mainly to London and they were always clean and well maintained. In the cab of each lorry was fitted a large notice warning drivers to take care at roundabouts due to the height of the load.
