Birmingham Breakdown
A sight rarely seen nowadays are Service vehicles which were once such an essential part of any self respecting bus companies' compliment. Naturally old bus chassis were used and rebodied to suit and Eagle Engineering of Warwick converted dozens to this form to be used for towing breakdowns and other duties. Those duties included gritting roads during snow and ice conditions to ensure that normal service could continue despite inclement weather which nowadays provides a convenient excuse for poor service.
